One Year Term Covered:-
The company shall repair or replace any part proven to be defective in material
or workmanship within the warranty period. The company reserves the right and
act as per its discretion on issues regarding warranty claimed against any product,
on a case to case basis.
Not covered in warranty:-
1). Any damage resulting from mishandling or improper usage or lack of maintenance or gas leakage, fire, water or any liquid, burglary, accident, dropping, excessive shock, acts of nature, loss of components or accessories. 2). Replacement / Repair by anyone other than authorised personnel. Consumable parts like batteries, plastic parts, accessories etc.
Limited Warranty
Yuktiraj Pvt Ltd. ("real time protections system") warrants the “YUKTIRAJ” services hardware (the "Product"), and only the Product, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser (“Warranty Period”). Under this Limited Warranty, if a defect arises and a valid claim is received by YUKTIRAJ Services within the Warranty Period regarding the Product, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, YUKTIRAJ Services will options one either repair the Product, using new or refurbished replacement parts or options exchange the Product with a new or refurbished Product. The warranty for the replacement Product or part assumes the original Product warranty date, or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. When a Product is exchanged, (model may be change) any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes YUKTIRAJ services property. Product must be freight prepaid, in its original packaging, to the specified address with proof of purchase to receive warranty service.
Exclusions and Limitations.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the Product manufactured by or for YUKTIRAJ Services that can be identified by the “YUKTIRAJ Services” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) YUKTIRAJ Services products and services other than the Product, (b) non YUKTIRAJ Services hardware product, (c) consumables (such as batteries), or (d) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the Product. Refer to the licenses accompanying the software for details of your rights with respect to its use. No YUKTIRAJ Services reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
User responsibility:-
Handle product carefully this product is used for indoor only. Keep sim card active to get alert. If network fail then you are unable to get alert system work as standalone offline mode its user responsibility. Change batteries before down otherwise system is not work proper. Keep your password confidential. Keep away from direct sunlight, rain water, and heavy dust, children reach.
